I met Aileen as part of 6 months Integration Coaching Programme at Virtusa. Aileen focused on effective ways to communicate my value and contribution to leadership. She very quickly made me feel at ease and asked some very telling and probing open ended question that got me thinking about my challenges in an entirely different way. I walked away from the sessions with a new, clear, perspective on how to approach my work challenges and a very clear plan of attack. I feel fortunate that I was able to work with Aileen throughout this journey & would highly recommend her as an executive coach.

Not many people can be so efficient as Aileen Garven. It's not always easy finding a job, as a matter of fact, job hunting can be its own "job". I was fortunate to have connected with Aileen Garven.
