Director/Sr. Director - Practice GTM Data & Analytics

The Practice GTM leader for Data & AI will be responsible for constantly evolving our portfolio of Solution/service offerings / partnership to be relevant, increase our visibility with client executives and sponsor and drive brand elevation

Your responsibilities and duties include:

  • Own practice growth – growth strategy, prioritize services, solutions, accounts, verticals
  • Market sensing to understand changing dynamics and evolve service and solution portfolio
  • Increase stranglehold with our key accounts via executive relationships and proactively
    addressing upcoming priorities for the client
  • Lead and manage large consulting engagements and manage clients through the process of
    complex Data & AI transformations
  • Elevate our brand visibility with thought leadership in this space through the right channels and right forums like alliances and analysts
  • Partner with the Centers of Excellence to bring together various technology capabilities to build domain-centric business solutions
  • Build high-performance consulting and product owners’ team

  • Ability to lead large consulting programs
  • Ability to drive strategy and initiatives by partnering with clients at the executive level
  • Ability to internally collaborate with practice and leadership team to push growth agenda for the practice ahead
  • Ability to break down complex problems into clear and simple terms

Required experience

  • 15+ years’ experience in Digital Analytics Consulting/ Solutioning
  • Track record of managing executive client leadership
  • Track record of leading cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated track record of running large-scale projects for $500M+ companies

Desired technical skills

  • Cloud : Azure or AWS or GCP
  • Reporting & Data Management tools : Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Alteryx or Domo.
  • Web analytics tools: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Optimizely, Word press, Additional
  • Web Analytics Tools, A/B testing and Re targeting tools.
  • Basis Statistics: Regression, Hypothesis testing, Cluster analysis.
  • Programing: SQL, R, Python and Java.
